At Chip Theory Games, we stand by the quality of our premium tabletop components and offer a 30-day window for returns of unopened products in their original packaging. We want to ensure every strategist is satisfied with their gear, provided the items remain in shelf-ready condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through the official ticketing system with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your unopened items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage to the heavy game boxes during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship it back to our warehouse using a carrier that provides a tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for intact seals and quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
